Each DJ, Band, Photographer, Videographer and Event Lighting Technician carries over $1,000,000 in coverage. 3. Do you have a back-up plan in case of emergencies or unexpected equipment problems? Many clients hire us since we rely on the help of many team members in the event of emergencies. In addition, we always bring "back-up" sound, lighting, photo and video camera equipment to each event. With having an emergency plan and back-up equipment, we're better able to perform at our best. 4. How long has High Impact Events been in operation? High Impact Events was recently founded by a group of college-educated professionals who desired to create new waves in the Philadelphia-Area Events Industry. How much experience and training will my DJ, Musician, Photographer and/or Videographer have? Unlike our competitors who hire un-skilled talent to offer on-the-job training, we're too busy for that. Our DJ's are have worked in the night club industry on a regular basis for many years. They're also computer-savvy and know how to set-up extensive lighting and sound systems. We're lucky to find natural-born Emcees who are fun, polished Event Hosts. Our Musicians have worked in top recording studios, toured and performed with a list of recording artists in both Jazz and Pop Music genres. High Impact's Classical Musicians have earned a music degree, teach privately in their own studios or work with local ensembles. Each Photographer and Videographer has completed needed courses, has been an apprentice to a respected event professional for many years and/or earned a college degree in their respective field. Cancellations are handled fairly. Clients may reschedule with no additional charges if the new date is available. All deposit payments are non-refundable. 9. What forms of payment do you accept? It's expected for everyone to take a break however, we understand the importance of timing at an event. Our professionals are courteous and responsible. We take a 15 minute break every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Music will remain continuous at all times with DJ's & Party Bands but smaller groups of musicians will require scheduled breaks. 14. Who will Emcee or Host my event? Many of our DJ's are skilled Emcee's who can host any type of event. Sometimes, the DJ may require the assistance of an Emcee for large weddings or special events. Each band has an out-going, polished Band Leader who directs and guides the party atmosphere. Announcements are handled with care. (We're never too chatty either.) 15. Can you provide a small sound system and wireless microphones for wedding ceremonies? This happens often. We're able to help. Just send info on your location and sound requirements right away. 16. What styles of Photography do you specialize in? We specialize in shooting fine art photography. Our approach to photography is both "Photo-Journalistic" and "Traditional". Plus, clients may choose to have color, black and white or a combination of both photo types. 17. How long will it take to receive edited Photos and/or Video of my event? Eight to ten weeks is the usual time-frame. Your project may be completed within six weeks depending on the season. 18. Will the Photograher or Videographer have an assistant? High Impact's Packages can include an assistant, but it's not neccessary. It may be a requirement to have an assistant at large weddings or events with over 250 guests or to appropriately cover highly-detailed events. 19. What features do your offer for Event Lighting? Colorful Up-Lighting, Custom Monogram Projections, Intelligent Lighting and more... . 20. How can I select the best lighting arrangements for my wedding or special event? It's customary that we provide clients with an in-person consultation at their selected facility.
